Hollerelloh fulfills orders from warehouses in California and Virginia. We do this so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Currently Hollerelloh ships to the United States and Canada. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Hollerelloh currently ships all orders using the United States Postal Service. Shipping/Handling charges are determined by the destination, weight, and service level chosen at checkout and are clearly shown in your cart.
Processing Time and Delivery
We strive to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak shipping times such as holidays it may take slightly longer. If you need your order shipped sooner for some reason, please email us at ________________ before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When your order ships you will receive a tracking number automatically at the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that depending on the service level you choose, tracking may only indicate when the package ships and when it is delivered. Keep in mind that while the tracking number is generated when the shipping label is created, it will not be active until your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier.
Customs Charges, Duties, and Taxes
Customers outside of the US are responsible for all import duties, customs charges and local taxes that may be incurred in the destination country and are not included in your cost at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return charges and any fees we incur from your refund.
